Who handles warranty claims?

The warranty and the Crash Replacement program are backed by XeNTiS. How claims are handled in Spain is agreed with the importer.

300 kg final test

Every wheel is tested on a roller bench with around 300 kg and signed by hand before it leaves the factory.

RFID traceability

An integrated RFID chip in every wheel lets you trace its origin and production through to delivery.

1,500 m² of production and 500 m² of offices in Voitsberg. Prototypes, small and large series, ISO 9001:2015.

XeNTiS carbon wheels.

MOUNT X CC (27.5) Boost

Monocoque carbon wheel for cross-country (XC) mountain biking, made in one piece with One-Shot-Hollow technology and a five-spoke design. 30 mm rim depth, 39 mm rim width, 3K carbon, hookless, Center Lock disc brake and Boost hub width. Wheelset from 1,390 g, maximum combined weight of 110 kg. The MOUNT X family was used in 2025 on the bike of Lisa Schüttler, elite world champion at the E-Bike World Championship in Ischgl.

2-year warranty and 3-year Crash Replacement.

If an XeNTiS wheel is damaged in a crash, the customer receives a replacement discount of 40% in the first year, 30% in the second and 20% in the third. A clear selling point for your shops.
